Optimum Biotech

1. Customer information supplied to Optimum Biotech during registration and service/product purchases are highly confidential and stored in a secured system. We will not sell, distribute, or reveal such information in anyway to a third party.

2. Optimum Biotech treats a customer’s project information as highly confidential. Such information includes but not limited to project background, sample information, and project results. At customer request, we will sign a confidentiality agreement.

3. Customer agrees to provide correct and complete contact and billing information to Optimum Biotech for product and/or service purchases. For payment by check or money order, product or service will be delivered only after we receive the check or money order. For payment by purchase order, user is responsible to make full payment within 30 days after receiving the invoice from Optimum Biotech when a product or service is delivered.

4. For service in which samples are needed, these samples will be consumed and will not be returned to customers. Optimum Biotech will only use these samples for the services requested by customers.

5. Optimum Biotech does not accept any sample that is radioactive.

6. Optimum Biotech does not accept samples of biological hazard, such as samples from infectious diseases, unless user can certify that these samples have been properly treated and completely safe.
