Please refer to our general guideline to prepare your samples, a simple procedure to submit them, and you will get fast and accurate results.

We understand how important and precious your sample is to you, so we guarantee our service or no charge is made to you. That means, for a protein gel band, we will only charge you if it is identified, assuming there is enough protein in your band and the target proteins are in know protein databases. We can guarantee ID results because of our years of experience and superior technology. We are quite experienced in protein ID from all sorts of gel staining. Please refer to our FAQ and feel free to contact us if you still have questions.

Our workhorse for protein ID is a nano LC-MS/MS system, which achieves sub-femtomole sensitivity for peptide detection. Using our system, any bands visualized by Coomassie blue-based staining procedures can be reliably identified. We also routinely identify protein bands detected by silver staining (~1 ng). Please refer to our FAQ for more detailed instruction regarding silver staining for best results. Once you are ready, simply follow our instruction regarding to handle and submit your samples. A protein ID report will be in your email usually within one week after we receive the samples and payment information. Any technical questions will be promptly addressed by our technical support.
