Our custom nano pre-column usually has length of 1 - 5 cm with 360 µm OD and different inner diameters with one end fritted. The chemistry of our pre-made column is C18 or C8, but you may send your own packing materials for custom packing. You need your own fittings to incorporate a nano pre-column in your HPLC system.

Analysis of a protein mixture sample with multiple components by LC-MS/MS. It is particularly suitable for identification of all components of an immuno-precipitation eluate or other protein-protein interaction complexes. Our method has been demonstrated to be highly sensitive, robust and economical.

A list of reliably identified proteins will be given for each sample. If you supply a control sample, the qualitative and semi-quantitative comparison of the two samples will be given too. Samples should be provided dried or in solution form and shipped on dry ice.
