Our custom nano pre-column usually has length of 1 - 5 cm with 360 µm OD and different inner diameters with one end fritted. The chemistry of our pre-made column is C18 or C8, but you may send your own packing materials for custom packing. You need your own fittings to incorporate a nano pre-column in your HPLC system.

Optimum sample cleanup tip is gel-loading tip packed with either C8 or C18 packing material. Compared to competitors on the market such as ZipTip, Optimum Sample Cleanup Tip has the advantage of high reliability, low back-pressure, high-recovery (>90%), and high sensitivity (femtomole level of protein or peptide). It is suitable for sample cleanup for proteomic applications, such as desalting and concentrating of proteins and peptides for MALDI-TOF MS and LC-MS.

Besides commonly used columns, we realize that some customers prefer specialized columns with their own packing material. Thus, we also offer custom nano column packing. Just ship us a small quantity (> 10 mg) of packing material of your choice in a microcentrifuge tube, and we will ship a finished columns to you!

Our EasySpray nano HPLC columns come with C18 as well as other chemistries at different ID and length. Each one of them is individually QC’ed and is ready to use. We offer limited warranty on all our columns. If you experience any problem with a new column from us, just let us know and we are happy to ship a new one to you. We also offer custom-packing of nano column with your own packing materials.

These tips can be used as nano spray tips or empty nano columns for packing of material of your choice. They come at different sizes, or you ask for your own size!
